Business leadership in post-pandemic times (COVID-19), case study in a micro-enterprise in Mocoa, Putumayo

This article allowed a reflection on the success of many companies lies in management, based on making the right decisions in their multiple organizational resources, especially human talent, which is highly influenced by authority figures within the organization. organization or better said, by the type of business leadership that the company has. Every organization is dependent on the management, from this position it is directed, managed or administered. This case study was developed in the company Empaques y Repuestos Romo. Which was not exempt from the effects of the pandemic, on the contrary, it restarted activities to reactivate its economy at the local level. Of which it was raised mainly, in determining the type of leadership through an investigative process with a quantitative approach, of a descriptive type through the survey technique and the application through the validated instrument of the MLQ 5X test, which allows obtaining the results on the type management leadership for their respective analysis. From the above, it was possible to determine that the type of leadership is Transformational, assumed by the manager in post-pandemic times in the company that was part of the case study.
